Payment/Payment Options
As a reminder, the minimum fee required for our Class Reunion is $500.00. This amount may be paid over a period of 22 (twenty-two) months beginning
June 1, 2020 with final payment submitted no later than March 1, 2022. We are asking those who are planning to attend to make a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 as soon as possible. This deposit will be deducted from the remaining balance of your reunion budget.
Refund Policy
In the event the weekend is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded less your deposit and cost of souvenirs/printed items. Souvenir items and all reunion paraphernalia will be mailed to you as soon as possible.
Refunds will not be issued in the event you are unable to attend due to personal reasons. In this event, all paraphernalia will be mailed to you as soon as possible. Your admission to the Oxford Ball and Family Day may be transferred to a guest of your choice.
Please advise us as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend.

*Unforeseen circumstances are defined as events and/or incidents deemed unsafe by federal and/or local government. (e.g. severely inclement weather, danger to public health/safety, etc.)
